Member Services Manager

Description:

Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU) is seeking a Member Services Manager with strong management skills who can lead the department in a fast paced virtual environment in pursuit of company wide sales and service objectives.  Individual will be responsible for managing both call center and branch operations.    Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff by accurately assessing strengths and developmental needs of employees.    This individual will continually develop and improve staff communication and service to members and all other departments within the credit union. A team perspective is imperative to the position. Ongoing interaction with staff and management throughout the Credit Union is vital.

We are seeking candidates who also possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Call Center & Branch management experience a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of credit union products and services.
  • Knowledge of credit union operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years managing a team in a customer service environment
  • Experience in a credit union or financial services environment a plus
