Berkshire Systems Group is a locally-owned industry learder in fire and security integration. We are seeking an experienced Office/Payroll Supervisor to work out of our Shillington, PA office. We offer a competitive benefit package and salary.

- Supervise and coordinate activities of administrative staff, ensuring appropriate phone and front desk coverage
- Administer company benefit plans
- Administer payroll, bonus & commission schedules, prevailing wage calucations, and payment & preparation of federal & state prevailing wage reports, 401K withholding, etc.
- Assist with 401K audit and General Liability/WC audits
- Create & process payroll and various journal entries, account reconcilations, provide general ledger support
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2-5 years' experience processing specialized payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- 1-3 years' experience in benefits administration and prevailing wage processing
- 1-3 years' experience supervising or managing office non-exempt personnel
